Birds - We have a 48 hrs return policy on all of our birds. In the unlikely event the bird that you purchased falls ill within the first 48 hrs of being home with you, we will take them back and you will receive a full refund. Please note our return policy is only valid if you have isolated your birds from your flock for 48 hrs. If they have been in any contact with your flock our return policy is voided.

Hatching eggs - In the unlikely event your eggs aren't fertile we ask you to send us a picture of the clear egg whilst it is been candled and we offer you a discount on your next Brae Croft order.
